Steve is a recognized leader and industry veteran with over 40 years of management experience in the accounts receivable and BPO industries. As COO, Steve drives operational performance while focusing on compliance management, the consumer experience and empowering employees.  Prior to joining Radius, Steve was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at NCO Group Inc. where he created a global customer engagement model that encompassed end-to-end, omni-channel services and leveraged technology to modernize industry processes.
