Scott Ross

Scott is a veteran sales professional with a proven track record of helping global brands to effectively manage their customer’s experience, through customer lifecycle outsourcing, customer acquisition, customer care, technical support, and accounts receivable management. As EVP of Sales and Marketing, Scott is responsible for leading the Radius sales team, development and execution of marketing strategies, and exceeding our clients service expectation. Prior to joining Radius, Scott held a variety of positions at NCO Group Inc, including SVP Sales and Marketing, where he managed global sales and marketing teams across multiple industry verticals.

Scott holds a BBA from Cleveland State University.
