Radius was selected by an online retailer to launch a pilot program to increase sales. The initial statement of work had very specific goals that we needed to meet by the end of the 12-week pilot program in order to move forward permanently. We hit 4 out of 5 goals by week 3 and had exceeded all goals and expectations by week 5.
Due to our early success, the client asked to expand their operation to add more sales agents. This was an important accomplishment for us, given that they were planning to give that business to their in-house Overflow Center. Although we have been staffing at a high rate, our performance has not slowed down. We have been hitting goals, even with several new hires joining the team. We have been able to shorten the learning curve and have new team members hitting the ground running. This has been key in becoming a reliable business partner for our client. On many occasions, our client has mentioned that there have been attempts in the past to work with other call center providers, but none had even come close to matching their in-house agent performance; however, in our case, not only did we match but we surpassed their in-house call center.
Given our success in Sales, the client has now asked us to staff and train agents for Customer Care as well. This is just another example of how our success leads to yours.
