Exciting news was announced by insideARM earlier today. insideArm issued a press release regarding the launch of the iA Innovation Council which is described as “a collaborative working group of product, tech, strategy, and operations thought leaders at the forefront of analytics, communications, payments, and compliance technology.”

The iA Innovation Council was originally a Consumer Relations Consortium (CRC) member committee created in 2017. The CRC was created in 2013 as a membership group for forward-thinking organizations that wish to influence the direction of collections compliance, legal strategy, and regulatory policy. Radius is a member of the Consumer Relations Consortium (CRC) Regulatory Streeting Committee which helps guide the advocacy vision and actions of the CRC.
