Radius receives Customer Service Award for Process Efficiency

The National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) kicked off their annual Business Process Management (BPM) Strategy Summit on Thursday September 5 to much fanfare. This year’s theme “Get Set 2020 – Powering to Sustain Disruption” focused, among other things, on creating innovative technologies to smooth the business process.

The first day’s agenda was bursting with round table and panel discussions, networking opportunities, and disruptor bytes. All this activity culminated with the NASSCOM Excellence Awards ceremony.

It was during the event’s award ceremony, that it was announces that Radius Global Solutions was the selected receipt of NASSCOM’s 2019 Customer Service Excellence Award for Process Efficiency.

Radius would like to thank its Information Technology team and everyone that contributed to Radius being selected for this award.
