The iA Innovation Council was originally a Consumer Relations Consortium (CRC) member committee created in 2017. The CRC was created in 2013 as a membership group for forward-thinking organizations that wish to influence the direction of collections compliance, legal strategy, and regulatory policy. Radius is a member of the Consumer Relations Consortium (CRC) Regulatory Streeting Committee which helps guide the advocacy vision and actions of the CRC.
