Radius Global Solutions will be represented by Deb Cogan (VP Strategic Solutions) at the Northeastern Utilities Credit and Collections Conference being held at the Golden Nugget Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ. This year’s conference runs Wednesday October 23rd through Friday October 25th, 2019
For over forty years the Northeastern Utilities Credit and Collections (NEUCC) has been an independent organization led by volunteers from member utilities in the Northeast region. The NEUCC conference promotes new strategies for dealing with all aspects of the Revenue Cycle; Credit, Collections, Payment Processing, Field Services, and Customer Service for its member utilities. This conference will give you the opportunity to meet with representatives of electric, gas, and water utilities from throughout the Northeast region.
This will be Deb’s fifth NEUCC conference representing Radius Global Solutions. Deb has over 25 years of experience in the utility contact center industry. She was previously the VP of Operations for a large BPO’s utility services division, where she specialized in process management improvement, customer engagement, and employee satisfaction. At Radius, Deb works with our clients to develop customized solutions to meet program goals and collaborate with internal teams to create effective work standards – always with a strong emphasis on the customer and the customer experience.

About NEUCC
2019 marks the 40th consecutive year the NEUCC has been meeting as a regional organization. The organization’s roots date back to 1977 as local credit clearinghouse for the utilities in the City of Philadelphia. Ken Carlin, NEUCC’s late member, at the time was a Commissioner for the Water Revenue Bureau of the City of Philadelphia. Ken started meeting with his peers at PECO, PGW and the local Bell telephone company of that time to discuss delinquency trends and credit-troubled commercial customers. After 2 years of these local meetings, the group expanded and invited peers from New York and New Jersey. In 1979, the Group held its first meeting outside the City of Philadelphia and met in Atlantic City, NJ with peers from Con Ed, Brooklyn Union Gas, and Public Service Electric & Gas – and the NEUCC was born and continued to grow!
