Increasing new memberships at a large U.S. health club chain
Radius was challenged with selling new club memberships for one of the largest health clubs in the U.S. to potential customers who were interested in building a healthier lifestyle.
Today, there are many clubs that offer a wide variety of services and competitive rates. We needed to maintain a high sales conversion percentage by converting potential customers into new memberships. This, in turn, would lead to increased sales revenue and volume.
The health club offered several membership plans and options including:

- Monthly payment membership
- Pre-paid membership from as little as 30 days to as long as 3 years
- Single & national club access plans
- Various club formats
- Active/Express, Sport, Super Sport, Ultra Sport
